Email [email protected] with “Kwip Atlas” in the subject. Include your Mac model, macOS version, app version, and the exact message shown. Do not attach private clipboard content or an unredacted export unless support explicitly asks and you choose to share it.
Open Recall
Press Shift + Command + Space from any app. Type a phrase or concept, use the arrow keys to change selection, and press Return to copy the selected artifact. The app labels additional shortcuts beside the actions they perform.
If an artifact is not captured
Open Kwip Atlas and confirm Memory active is visible. Review paused capture, excluded apps and sites, and sensitive-source filtering in System. Copy a new item after re-enabling capture; Atlas does not recreate clipboard events that occurred while capture was paused.
Files and links
Kwip Atlas can detect reusable file paths and links inside a larger copied artifact. A complete existing file path can be opened in its default app or revealed through Finder fallback. Partial paths are preserved as reusable text but may need to be completed before macOS can open them.
Episodes, Threads, and Patterns
Episodes reconstruct bounded work sessions from related artifacts. Threads connect work across separate episodes, and Patterns show evidence-backed recurrence and change over time. Inferred groupings can be inspected and corrected; singleton artifacts remain Unassigned instead of becoming one-item episodes.
Purchases and restore
Atlas Pro is available monthly or annually through Apple’s App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the plan sheet after signing into the App Store account that made the purchase. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, grace periods, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple. Capture, deletion, correction, and complete raw-data export remain available without Pro.
Privacy, export, and deletion
Kwip Atlas keeps captured memory and analysis on your Mac. Use the main app to export owned data, remove artifacts, or delete local history, and use System to manage capture and exclusions. Read the complete privacy policy.
