What this notice covers
This notice covers the KWIP informational website and inquiries sent to KWIP. Individual applications have separate privacy policies linked from their product pages. The ad-supported KWIP Journal at blog.kwip.info has a separate privacy notice covering Google advertising, cookies, and consent choices.
Information you choose to provide
The website has no contact or newsletter signup forms. If you email KWIP, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond and manage the conversation.
Website delivery and external links
Render hosts the static site and Cloudflare provides traffic delivery and security. Those services may process request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Email is handled through KWIP’s email service. Social links take you to external services whose own privacy terms apply.
Previous inquiries and subscriptions
Mailjet previously processed website subscriptions, and Formspree processed website inquiries. Removing the forms does not delete prior records or change existing subscription choices. You can use an unsubscribe link in a previous campaign email or email KWIP to ask about your records.
Choices and retention
Inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably useful for the conversation, business records, security, and legal obligations. Historical subscription records are retained as needed to honor existing preferences and suppression choices. Contact KWIP to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
What KWIP does not do
KWIP does not sell contact or subscription information or use it for behavioral advertising. The website no longer loads Mailjet or Formspree embeds.
