What this notice covers
This notice covers information submitted through the KWIP website contact form and the optional KWIP email-updates form. Individual KWIP applications have separate privacy policies linked from their product pages.
Information you choose to provide
If you join the updates list, KWIP receives your email address, your selected subjects, and subscription-status information such as confirmation and unsubscribe events. If you use the contact form, KWIP receives the contact details and message you submit.
How the information is used
KWIP uses contact-form information to respond to the inquiry. KWIP uses email-subscription information to send the categories of updates you selected and to honor confirmation, suppression, and unsubscribe choices.
Service providers
Mailjet by Sinch processes subscription forms, list membership, confirmation emails, campaigns, delivery events, and unsubscribes. Formspree processes website inquiries. Render hosts the website. These providers process information to operate the services KWIP requests from them.
Choices and retention
The updates form uses double opt-in. You may unsubscribe using the link in a campaign email. KWIP retains subscription records as needed to provide requested updates and preserve suppression choices. Contact inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably useful for the conversation, business records, security, and legal obligations.
What KWIP does not do
KWIP does not sell website contact or subscription information or use it for behavioral advertising. Embedded service providers may use technically necessary storage or request metadata under their own privacy terms.
